Byzantine Circular Chess 2.1 is released

DriveMind is happy to announce the commercial release of Buzantine Circular Chess 2.1.

Originally created in Persia as early as 10th century AD Byzantine Circular Chess is now recreated in a computer training program.

Broaden your chess skills with circular chess, discover a new approach to a traditional chess game, play chess against a computer or a friend, try out new chess strategies or make it your advanced chess tactics trainer.

This chess software is designed to meet the requirements of both amateur and advanced chess fans - the skill level can be adjusted so that everyone can find an adequate chess partner.

Six games are included in this circular chess software package:

Circular Chess (also called Byzantine Chess)
Giveaway Chess (aka Antichess, Loser's Chess and Suicide Chess)
Draughts (in the US known as Checkers)
Giveaway Draughts
Corners
Squares

Byzantine Circular Chess 2.1 beta released

DriveMind is happy to announce the release of Buzantine Circular Chess 2.1beta. Feature development for the version is completed and all beta-testers are invited to download the program for testing.

The new features of the release include:

giveaway chess mode in addition to already implemented giveaway draughts;
ability to make typical human mistakes;
enhanced ELO;
known bugfixes.

All registered users will be notified about the final release. DriveMind is pleased to inform that customers who bought or upgraded to version 2.0 are entiteled to a free upgrade to version 2.1. Registered users of Buzantine Circular Chess 1.x are entitled to 70% discount.
